I don't even know who he is but those graphic novels on the side panel of his article look cool. Are they any good?
You haven't read Skullkickers?!?!

Nope.You haven't read Skullkickers?!?!
This is just some fucked up shit. You don't fuck with people's livelihoods like this.Jim Zub takes the diplomatic approach. But somehow, I don't expect to see his name on a DC book anytime soon.
Nope.
Skullkickers has some of the best onomatopoeia in comics

And I vampire is cancelled, for those that cared.
It's been posted last thursday as we agreed. Just check.
It's Beowulf bub, same creative team as the backup. Is that Wally Wally West on the cover of the final DCU Presents??? It does say Time displaced hero makes return.

A flash comic?
I've heard of those things, they even exist in the wild.
I forgot that Manapul stopped writing previously too.
I know right, same for Joe Kelly & Bachalo's Steampunk, it was confusing as hell but I also dug that one. RIP Cliffhanger. To think Ramos actually managed to squeeze 24 issues and one special out of Crimson under the label. It was good fun with an interesting mythology too, it was nice to see his artwork evolving from Impulse era to the more refined lines we see today, and around the middle of the series the huge mouth thing he loves to do started to get more under control.Found the first battle chasers trade at the library. Book is super awesomene and joe mad art too boot.
Shame he has never retuned to it .
Could the Batman/Bat-family solicits be any more vague?
Somebody over at CBR pointed out that the solicits are written in the form of questions. Maybe a riddler or The Question themed month?
Remember Incredible Hercules?

I dunno, part of me thinks it's just so they don't give anything away from the ending of Death of the Family. That Batman cover has me really curious though.

I, Vampire cancelled.
Anybody been reading Batman: The Dark Knight? I'm thinking of checking it out when Ethan Van Sciver takes over.
The writing was on the wall but I'm fucking sad. I hope there's enough time to reach some kind of conclusion for the story. I also hope Fialkov gets another book. I'll definitely pick up whatever he comes up with next.
WAT??????
What the fuck is happening DC??
Oh yeah I totally forgot. Yessssss. It's cool they're back next week
Yup. One of the many reasons why I like Uncanny X-Force, it made Deadpool relevant again. The main series was dull and the whole "wacky popculture Pool" started to tick me off. Need to buy the second volume of Uncanny X-Force.It sounds weird but it's true. Deadpool became a great hero/character in UXF. He saved the team many times and actually got them to think things through.
Was it a build up issue? Or did it seem to hold up well on it's own?
Isn't he doing the Marvel Alpha mini?

SAUCER COUNTRY #14

Arcadia finally learns the “truth” about the alien invasion—but what she chooses to do with that information will change the world forever! Don’t miss the FINAL ISSUE of this mind-bending series!
I assume this is more of a cancelation than a planned end?
Vertigo's down to incredibly few monthlies now.

NOTHING HAPPENED. AT ALL. It was just people talking about finding a new base for most of it. We know they find Hoth, it's such a waste of pages. It was prequel level dull.

New artist? Francis Manapul is probably taking a break.
Wasn't I, Vampire the lowest ordered book when the New 52 launched? It outlasted a bunch of titles.

Saucer Country is gone too. That's fucking BS. Vertigo has always been a trade driven line. Fuck Didio, bob Harras, Harris Bob and whoever the fucks did that CBR column today. Dan thinks comics are like tv and you can switch writers up on a whim. I can't take this....
I've dropped all DC books besides Batman. New 52 really soured me on them. Too bad Wood's X-Men is like forever away. :/just keep dropping dc books until Wood's X-Men comes out. Though the Saucer Country thing doesn't bother me since i didn't think it was very good.
