This sounds like a webcomic. I dont know either of the creators but a comic with a homeless central character has my attention.
Throwaways - Kittredge and Sanders
this book is about CIA experimentation on people? Awesome. Im sure the creators pulled some documented instances of the gov't kidnapping people from poor black communities and experimenting on them. This is a great example of how we can create stories that entertain *and* shed light on the plight of-

This is exciting. A spotlight on colorists by using three different colorists one per story thread. Love it. Spurrier does good work and Kelly is solid. I hope it finds success

I've read the first two issues...it's colorful and decently good but not exceptional so far. Marcos Martin is on art, and since it's "pay what you want" you can't realllly go wrong.
