They do seem extremely RPG and FPS heavy.
I guess those genres sell pretty well though?
Plus is distinguishes them from Sony who are third person cinematic/action game heavy.

Awful article. MS will be able to manage those studios as long as they don't meddle too much. The collective put out some excellent games this gen (TEW, W:TNO, DOOM). It will be fine.
