This will go nowhere. The members of Congress won't have standing to sue. This is true regardless of whether they're right that the president is violating the Emoluments Clauses.

Trump says and does a lot of dumbass things just to make himself look better

I wouldn't at all put it past him to just be (badly) protecting his image
