Nobody arguing for equal presentation is saying that Damon isn't a box office draw. Hollywood has been building his brand for two decades. The argument being made is that if they threw enough money and resources behind non-white actors / actresses as they do for white ones then those non-white actors / actresses can turn into a brand too.
