Yeah it's pretty damn terrible. You can't hold any corners with that ping. You will lose upclose firefights because of worst ping depending on the differences, unless you headshot them almost immediately. The worst thing, 100+ ping vs 15 pingers. The enemy peeks and shoots your head off and then immediately moves. It looks like a running headshot on your screen.
