Here is the initial exchange between the two on twitter during DH.
Can't find the image Rlewis posted, but the sign had Hiko's name on it. Also, the sign belonged to Loda's GF.
There was another 1-2 from Lewis to Loda calling him out, asking where he was.
Given this incident has facilitated Richard Lewis (and Thorin) proving further where they stand on certain things, eSports in general can best do without them.

No matter how anti-feminist Thorin or RL goes on twitter I don't understand how eSports would be better without them. Does their tweets somehow make thorin's youtube videos (does anyone else do similar videos? Dust maybe for NA scene) or RL's articles (actual articles, not rants) worse?

There are plenty of casters and hosts out there that can do the jobs just fine and without all of the baggage.
RL and Thorin brought this on themselves.
For DreamHack maybe, but there is no way eSports as a whole (or even the CS scene) would be better without them.
Thorin, on panels for events, brings nothing to it. He attempts to crack terrible offensive jokes for no other reason to troll / offend. Sure he may be a walking wikipedia resource, but he barely puts it to good use in a professional manner. I much prefer to listen to Janko or Maniac tbh.
Richard Lewis is an ok host, but see above re jokes and so called banter. There are a heap of other better equipped people to fill that spot.
Lewis rakes muck and his investigation into iBuyPower throwing had merit, but eh, stick to that, lay off the politics. Would be my suggestion for him.

He has done some great things like said iBP scandal, the NiP organization news recently, H2K/TSM legal issues.
But then, he does bad things. He really needs to learn some professionalism.

I'm not a fan of their desk work at all, for reasons mentioned in Omikron's post. I find them super cringe-y and I mute the stream when they are on.
Yeah, but on the bright side we've seen great progress in that regard.

Not 100% confirmed to be honest, although it isn't surprising if it was true. The iBP scandal itself exploded because of him and the way the team tried to attack him. Shahzam also didn't do himself any favors with it either.
BR HLTV says GTR signing in a few weeks.
