[Feel Like I'm On 42]

It's wild to me the the pro can't do native 4k when GPUs weaker than it were already pushing that above 60fps. It's one of the greatest PC enhanced ports I've ever played and I'm shocked they didn't pull it off

Doesn't surprise me since the Pro has consistently underdelivered since launch. I just hope more gamers will finally wake up to this so Sony is forced to hear it.

It seems that people who own Days Gone on PS5 will have to pay $10 for upgrade to get all upgrades + DLC while steam users, don't have to pay anything for all upgrades but have to pay $10 only if they want DLC. Might be due to some Steam policies.

I remember in previous updates for other Sony games physical owners weren't excluded. Only those with PS plus versions of games had issues. Check again after the game has officially launched. I do remember the pre-order upgrade not working for physical versions in the past. It should be available in a few hours assuming you even want to.

Plus it's more targeted at new users who'll be potential buyers in future rather then those who played. It's only a tenner for me but I dunno if I'm bothered doing another playthrough. I might do if I run out of games.

Ι"m not sure I would call it a color tint. It looks like a global illumination improvements in those day scenes. Lighting looks more realistic now which would also explain why it's so heavier to run and the pro can't do 4k native with the enhancements.

Was thinking of buying a 2nd hand copy and then buy the digital for 10 and then resell the 2nd hand copy.

I noticed on the grasses, that shadows are less dark. Maybe more aware of color bouncing.
But the rest seems to be just a new LUT.

Why you have to spit out so much nonsense every single time about the ps5 pro. Seriously. I could understand if someone find the price not worthy but consistently underdelivered? Even to be the most pessimistic possible it's simply untrue.

it's just the area at the start of the video because of what I assume is a new GI implementation. watch from 3:00-3:30 where he's riding the bike, which has different lighting conditions and no "blue tint"

I was one of the ones that loved this game, it's criminal it didn't get a sequel.
This franchise had so many side stories to tell, it could've spawned many different ones similar to how they did Uncharted.

I will get this game along with Obscur 33 later this year when I already have extra funds. I already allotted my existing funds for Doom Dark Ages and Death Stranding 2 (And if GTA6 will come out this year).

We have discuss a lot of this game before.

Is does a very tense game if you don't make a plan before ridding your bike.

Deacon bike is very bad and his main gun is even worst. Avoid getting lost because is a living nightmare you getting lost in the woods and your bike end up out of gas.

Focus on completing the NERO puzzle stations because give you a free safe zone and fast travel location.

If you like tension as you mention, I must remind you that if there is any infestation zone between your point A to point B fast travel become impossible. Also, if you don't have fuel enough to fast travel became also impossible to do it.

I recommend upgrade the first base to get bike upgrades and more fuel reserve.

The hordes are super intense right off the bat and the groups of randoms get harder and harder as the game goes on.

Sorry i never played the games you mentioned so have no way to compare against them.

Personally my strategy is up my stamina and get to the part of the melee skill tree wheee my basic boot knife does a bunch more damage.

And don't sleep on the skill in the boring survival tree that doubles your storage of explosives and materials.

As I remember with the physical game you can't preorder the update, but you will be able to upgrade for the $10 once released.

Having just started Expedition 33 approximately 5 hours in probably going to finish it first before I touch the remaster

Game automatically chose the enhanced ps5 pro mode but when went to import my save and for some reason it was selecting one about 10 before my last auto save so wondered what that was about, anyway Sony has been pushing the £10 preorder on me since the game was listed on the store, and only bought it Wednesday as I got mixed up what day we were
Guess I'll go back to the game now and start from scratch, can't remember much of what I did in the game previously, don't even remember buying it, didn't they give it away free during the pandemic or something? Seems strange I would buy it on my uk account back on the ps4, but really can't remember

I'm also going to start from scratch. It's been a long enough time since I played through it that I should enjoy it all over again. And yeah, it was part of that list of PS4 games that were "free" when PS5 launched.
