I mostly enjoyed Logan up until the last part of the movie. Kids just can't fucking act when they stand next to an adult actor. I just can't take them seriously. It really ruined the movie for me.

Logan is still one of the best films I've seen of this year, ignoring Arrival and La La Land cuz those were technically from last year but released much later where I live. Not that it means anything tho, cuz I haven't seen a lot of films this year.

Only really exists through a vocal minority on the internet, most of who see all these movies anyway so they can be part of the discussion.. There's a bubble that can't seem to realize what a hit Suicide Squad actually was. From Man of Steel to now, the DCEU has only gained momentum, just slower than we wanted.

Wonder Woman will do fine if it reviews well or even just decently.

I bought 24 tickets for opening night for peeps at my studio to see it IMAX 3D. Went to reserve the seats and saw that a lot of the theatre was already filled. Good to see this far out.

I'm hopeful but I don't know. Wonder Woman has a lot going against it; is coming off GoTG, another lukewarm received DC movie, critics who can be extra nitpicky when it comes to DC because of past installments, questions of Gal Gadot, and being the first major female superhero movie.

Then again... if there is anyone who can beat those odds it's WONDER WOMAN. GET THE FAT SUIT IS READY AND PUT ON SOME RACHEL PLATTEN, WE'RE DOING THIS!
