Not really, they did add TLOU to the standard PS4 sku. I'm expecting a price drop at Gamescon since M.S. dropped the price.

I'm guessing that

C == "current generation". Black is PS4, blue is Wii U, and green is Xbox One.
L == "last generation". Black is PS3, blue is Wii, and green is Xbox 360.
H == "handhelds".
