I wonder did King legit get angry at the fans who called him burger king and throw the crowns at him. He does a good job of acting if he really doesn't but I remember about 5 years back some fans got crazy behind him and he turned around and basically told them to shut the hell up.

It's crazy that this week is one of the deadest of the entire year yet its also the one that USA has been airing a ton of WWE content for years and years now.

Christmas Raw and Smackdown are usually pretty good.

I did find a great bright spot in the NWO Monday Nitro debacle. Rick Rude's reason for joining the NWO.

Now typically there were three reasons why anyone joined the NWO in the early era, the late era adding the fourth, it's a swerve bro.

1. The guy was from the WWF or made a big run in the WWF. In fact all of the first ten or so members fit this mold except...

2. You got paid a ton of money to join, ala the Giant when they couldn't get the British Bulldog to jump from WWF.

3. You joined during the open enrollment period. Buff Bagwell, Scott Norton, most of the B team joined this way.


Anyways, Rick Rude didn't care about ANY OF THIS SHIT. He joined the NWO so Hogan would break Sting's neck and end his career, just like what happened to him.

Christmas week shows are the most horrible low effort shows of the year. TLC to two weeks before the Rumble is always a complete write off.

He was given the IC belt specifically so nobody can get mad that he isn't in the world title scene. Like they know the Rumble's gonna be shit for the third year in a row, but this time they're doing damage control before the show instead of during the match like they did this year

Hmm. Then yeah I guess Hunter would be the most entertaining. Lesnar winning seems like an odd program that should end in his vengeance at Mania.

The absolute most entertaining Royal Rumble scenarios that are still even remotely possible. Ranked from no chance in hell to possible, but not likely.

Some legend from the deep past enters and wins. HBK! Stone Cold! Bob Backlund. Vince McMahon.
Corporate D-Bry enters and dumps everyone out with the help of Big Show.
Cena is back...but he's a heel! He kicks out the authority and him and Nikki run the show as heel authority figure/champions. Nikki and D-bry are like Torrie and X-Pac in this run back of the year 2000.
Bluetista is back, wrestles in his IRS gear, and wins, this time the conquering hero for reals.
Brock is some early number and eliminates everyone. Entertaining, but you think he'd get cheered over Reigns at Mania.
Cena wins...and the title picture just happens somehow.
HHH wins...and fans either accept this or don't.
