Ruthless aggression RAW after mania x8 until The reign of terror was pretty fun. Good balance between athleticism and absurdity.

Everyone got a promo, and there's a title match of some kind every show.

I really feel like everyone's favorite era is just a time and place thing. Wherever you were when you saw a show and it clicked, that's the best era for that person. Whether that's matches or stories or whatever, people all have their picks from said eras.

Attitude era was huge for a reason, and I fit the demo at the time, but they started losing me around WM13 and I was basically done when Owen died. A guy at work asked me the other day, "why do you follow wrestling still?", honestly perplexed by it. I didn't really have an answer, heh.

Is the Owen doc on the Network? I really want to watch that as I never appreciated him when i was younger, but as I got older began to really see that he was actually one of the best in the ring.

Val Venis was a pornstar who boned other wrassler's wives. There was no way for him to be anything but over in that context at that time, heh. He always seemed like a nice dude in interviews and stuff, I just didn't like the gimmick so much because it felt like a bootleg Rick Rude.

Sean was such a good guy but that damn gimmick, while it was great at the moment it wouldn't last a life time.

Not gonna lie -- I've fast-forwarded through a lot of crap. Like every DOA segment ever. I've even been fast-forwarding through DX shenanigans after a minute or two. I don't care if it's "significant", because it's terrible.

It's still my favorite outcome of Lapsed Fan that after all their shitting on him during the Road to WM podcasts, it started to get revealed through stories and books that Bruce really is the worst. It wasn't just a Lapsed Fan thing!

First with linking up with 4 over performers then linking up with the bosses daughter then he eliminated the bosses son and replaced him.
