Regarding the whole "not available on other consoles for a limited time" text, the Japanese PS Blog already has an in-depth post on the console and mentions they're working on PS4 versions of some of the new SIE titles. At least for the moment, I'm expecting an eventual PS4 announcement of the remake, rather than the game on XB or something.
