Do you get more radiant energy for putting XP into raid weapons before dismantling?

If you max all exp bubbles then you get 5-6 rad energies instead of 2-3. If you max less that every exp bubble you only get 2-3.

I have defeated HM Crota 2-3 times per week since HM launched and I have only seen the crux drop once (lunlunqq got it) and I have only gotten 2 Fang's and I got 185 Word of Crota's.
