Unfortunately no, you can however farm them endlessly so there is that. Welcome to the new grind.
The time limit on finding the chests is just irritating. The panic that sets in after killing the final enemy completes kills the enjoyment of the event.
Maybe there should be an audio clue that helps you find them.

You can get ammo synthesis, rare and legendary engrams and materials as well.

Once you know the spawn locations they're pretty easy to find. Like the ones in the Citadel pretty much always spawn in one of two places that I've seen so far.
I haven't found a chest on earth yet. Venus has been easy. Skywatch and Forgotten Shore I'm zero for six.

One of the Venus chests is close enough to another zone that I can open it 3 times per run.

Did this for a couple hours with two buddies. I now have 4 treasure keys. Ballin'
I do think there needs to be an understanding among the Destiny community as a whole that when you find the chest, you stay by it and do an emote. Wave, dance, point, whatever, to signal to others that you found it. If we're in a chest rush and I see people dancing, I'm going to look for them and head their way.
Or dicks could just dance in the middle of nowhere and throw people off. It's not a perfect system.
(Not my idea, btw. My buddy Ridli told me to point when I found the chest to alert others.)

3rd key not stopping till I get 4th then i will retire and reward myself with some good ass food!
I've been farming since 6pm and have yet to get a legendary engram or a key. I have so much spinmetal and rare engrams now though it's insane.
Been getting at least 2 or 3 runs to each chest depending upon the spawn here on the Skywatch. Gotta keep going though for a shot at these keys.

hm, only good thing bout that design decision is that it builds utter panic and it caters to experienced farmers

I wish invis lasted longer though. It would be much more useful. Players can see right through it anyway. I only use invis to get off radar but it needs to be paired with a gun that provides AGI bonus (like midi) to take full advantage.

Nope, we just load in to VoG and then go over to the areas where the wolves spawn.
Go into a fresh VoG raid, go about killing the fallen together rolling 6 deep.
No. Just people lining up for Raids and doing a U-turn to hit the Citadel instead of initiating the VoG
