You can get it from the Gorgon Maze checkpoint. From the spawn you have to turn around and jump around some rocks. Find a YouTube video because I know my explanation is useless

What's so good about The Messenger?

Problem I have with pulse rifles is the slow fire rate. Feels like I'm waiting an eternity between shots which makes the gun feel clunky.
