Pretty sure there is. Use your alt characters. I've opened it with my Hunter and Titan

I think someone said it stays open, but I don't know for sure. I assume it closes on reset.

Alpha Lupi is fairly underrated. It was my go to Exotic in Nightfall and revive PvP. Not only the fast revives, but it also shits out more orbs.
