The damage done is above the threshold that usually disappoints me with high rof scouts. It melts stuff.

Roll it with auto fire and either a high stability middle perk for PvP or Casket Mag for higher mag size in PvE. Last perk can be something like Hidden Hand or Third Eye for PvP or Outlaw for PvE.

Lots of fun. Almost like a non-nerfed auto rifle. King of double and triple kills assists.
