Any quick guidance, got back I to the game in a new system + character, and ive managed to get to 24 on PvP alone in a few days. I have house of wolves but not Dark below, should I worry about beating the story, or is there is easier way to 30(34) cap. Strikes have been rewarding enough getting me to 24, but I'm at a huge gap now before 28

Why? If people are stupid enough to charge you when:

-Its the 3rd + round.

-Your the last one of your team alive.

Then they deserved to be wiped out.

For what it's worth, I'm pretty sure this is on Sony and their license validation messing up. Bungie could lock you out of something in game but not prevent you from actually opening the game.
