I dunno, there are blue rarity Suros items. But I do think the RL will be exotic.

Yes I know, but I don't remember any of them having the Suros logo actually on them, much less a unique ADS targeting lense. That rocket launcher has the same design aesthetic as the Regime.

I don't think that Suros rocket launcher does anything unless it's perk is a passive one. Slowing the video to .25 speed doesn't....reveal anything. So it's a boring gun. It's perk is probably something like 'Things get caught on fire'.
