Aye. The maintenance usually goes on when us American 9-5'ers are are at work. Like now
A high impact Scout like The Scholar or Ghaleon's Demise kills in 3 shots.
Thorn is just a tiny bit harder to use at long range but still doable, and kills in 2 shots. It also fires more quickly.

Can you buy mats with glimmer now? If so, where is that vendor at? I know you can exchange marks or badges or whatever, but I am at 21k glimmer with 5k to claim. I need to spend some caaaaaash.
Jup. There is something wrong when i am sniping and somebody with a Thorn just challenges me at range.
Quickly searching last week's update for "weapon" or "balance" brought up nothing.

I've killed snipers with my Thorn many many times.

The only thing that need done to Thorn is a slight nerf to range.
Or
They could totally redo the gun and have it hit for much less but re-apply the DoT on every hit. Would make it a much more tactical weapon to use and master.

I've shut down snipers with Thorn before. Part of the reason I started running a shotgun in my special slot instead of my trusty snipers. That gun is just ridiculous in PvP.
I still prefer Red Death though. I feel like I kill more reliably with it for some reason. Could all be in my head, but I'm gunna stick with it all the same.

Raid stuff > PoE stuff.
Dont care wich weapon is better. I just don't like the stuff from PoE. Shadow of Veils beeing the only exception. I shall shard all my PoE guns before I even consider sharding any raid stuff.

You can buy planetary mats with marks. You can exchange ass/Radiant mats for either motes or glimmer.
Exchanges are done through the Speaker.
Vanguard vendor for mats is in the ship room to the right. Forget the name.
Crucible vendor under the bounties.

I've been out of the loop on Destiny for awhile. Besides Thorn, what else needs adjusting? I just watched Datto's videos on the new exotics and they look fairly weak. Perhaps they should also be adjusted?
I will say that it seems like all the best Destiny weapons are the original ones. Fatebringer, Hawkmoon, Gallarjorn(sp), Icebreaker, TLW, VoC, The Vex, etc. It's like the designers went "oops, these weapons are too good, now we have nowhere else to go!"

Flawless CE is way easier than VoG.
I don't need any trophies, but I can help if you guys need 1.
Thorn needs a Fire-rate and maybe a range nerf.
ARs need a buff. Mostly a damage buff.
Shotgun range needs a nerf so Fusion Rifles can look better again.
I think that's it.
If they go for separate PVE/PVP balance there's a lot more they can do tho. Like increase Fusion Rifle damage to make sense using one on PVE instead of a shotgun.

I need a flawless raid, but it would depend on what time tonight for me. Rene and a few others a page or two back expressed interest, and Drizz said he'd be down to help too.

I had the Flawless strike bounty for my new Warlock and Lnkn was basically escorting me through to make sure I don't die. "it's clear, go!" it reminded me of desert glory. Such good

I remember playing CoD on PS3 on one of the snowy maps I threw a tomahawk from a building window across the map and it killed a guy by hitting him in the nuts.
I wish I had a video of it to show, my bro was watching my at the time and he was like ohhhhh myyyyy God! I kept watching the replay over and over >.<

Thorn needs a nerf. TLW ADS glitch needs fixed. Legendary Hand Cannons seem pretty fair, but could maybe use a slight range reduction.
Shotguns still need tweaking. Not really sure WHAT they do there.
ARs need changes. They're useless as is.
So disappointed... Mediocre!!!

If you're at the cap,you can probably just buy 4k ish worth of ammo packs. Or if you need to reroll weapons, I'd do that first assuming you have enough weapon parts and motes.

I don't understand The Last Word. It feels shitty whenever I use it, but I get insta-killed with it more than any other weapon. I've used it in all different ways. Hipfire, ADS, single firing it, etc. It just feels so weak unless you're landing every headshot. The full auto just seems like a novelty.

Do weekly. It's solar burn so it takes like 5 minutes.
Also, I can't remember the last time I did patrol bounties. lol
Suros dominance was nevera s bad as Thorn dominance. I'm fine with Suros being relevant again. I still think most players will use HC's and Pulse Rifles instead of ARs.

I think there's a group semi-made for the flawless according to the posts further up so we should hopefully have a group together
Use ADS at range. Hip fire is for close quarters when they're up close. I love that gun for PVP now.

You might be looking back at the Bungie Day post. The last Weekly Update said:
"Between now and September 15th, well also explore a range of topics that we know are important to you, including weapon rebalancing, economy improvements, an overhauled quest experience, bounty enhancements, faction allegiances, end game content, and more."
I felt the same way for a very long time. I mained Hawkmoon and just felt janky and weak whenever I used TLW. It doesn't really play like a Hand Cannon, firing so quickly it's a little strange. But once you learn how to use it it's the most powerful primary in the game for PvP. Put in the time to practice with it, it's insane.
