The only thing I ask is that you either know how to jump the bridge or get up top out of map. Or of course we get 6 people and can do it legit.

I haven't quite figured out the role that sidearms are intended to serve in the sandbox.

Speaking as someone who just maxed out their card, Sidearms are really good for grinding Sidearm kill Grimoire points.

No other weapon class comes close.

Just wanted to say thanks to all my buddies that ran flawless last night (you too science)! That was a ton of fun and it was great to get that feeling of suspense back into an activity that we can pretty much do with our eyes closed at this point. Glad everyone was up for.

Wasn't really interested in getting the platinum, but now I only need three more trophies (ghost hunting, salvage points, clan strike) so I might as well.

Personally, I want every exotic to be as useful as a horn or Icebreaker. I want to think "fuck, which one do I use?"

I'm fine with it serving a singular purpose being either great in PVE or PVP. Some exotics are catered for PVP.

Yeah, I'd like to see some PvE specific exotics. Some seem to tip that way already (the new Hunter hawk helmet is clearly a PvE play) but more would be nice.

I don't think setting the bar at the 'Horn is reasonable, but I agree we need more really valuable exotics. Personally I put Lord of Wolves in my top tier exotic weapons, with 4th Horseman, MIDA, Truth and Hawkmoon. Situational, but utterly dominant when called upon.

I don't like Ice Breaker (sharded two) and have no 'Horn, alas.

If a Titan tries to smash you? No problem punch him while he is trying to smash you to get the flame shield and live through his Titan smash. Also works against nova bombs but admittedly it is harder to get close to a nova bomb throwing warlock most of the time.

I Remember when proud Hunters were forced to use Warlock accounts to solo Crota. Lol

Especially people in trials expect a Warlock to always run self rez. I run an aggressive Sunsinger with radiant skin and people don't expect that.

So, this was the first ever sword of mine when helping Pew get flawless. This was actually a successful run thanks to my sick moves (er, Crota getting something in his eye).

I assume the bridge knight ate some of the WP rounds as every other double Horn brought him down just fine. I am used to staying on Crota after rockets because he will kneel afterward with primary fire following up the rockets (which wasn't there this sword), which made me look like a complete goober in this case. But let's not focus on my ineptitude, let's focus on the fact that Crota whiffed. Hard. Jukes for days.

Lol, I am not a big fan, but I will say that Vestian Dynasty on Shadow Thief with Specialist + Arcburn is hella fun.
