I think our buddy Phogoth has a stealth ninja team of wizards and knights that can disappear and reappear at will. They may be what's confusing you.

Either way, good to hear none of them are infinite. That would just be too stressful and borderline unfair.

I've noticed immune doesnt always mean immune. the yellow guys just take way more damage and i think there might be a threshold you need to get through before taking them down. I just keep shooting and they die. Not sure.

. That is a cutscene in a game that only had like 5 that I can remember, so I am really hoping it is important, especially when you look at ominous quotes like when
the stranger tells you that you should always take a side, even if it is the wrong side. There is also that fact that the Queen of the reef is definitely not clearly with the light or the dark.

On top of all that on the bungie web site
there is a special Queen of the reef event coming up. Bungie also said that there would be big new Community events coming that we have not seen. maybe they are related, maybe not.

Additionally when you go to
the reef area, it apears as though that map has a spot for something to select that you never get too. the only thing that you see is one icon off to the side that you only select twice. that is a whole lot of work for just two cutscenes

Here is hoping that bungie has story elements that have been held back, not for an expansion, but because they did not want the community blowing through them all in the first week. There are signs that it is possible that there is more to come, though none of them are definite.

I really hope as well they are holding stuff back, that this is just some setup for a real reveal.

Ive seen all these hints as well and there might be something, but if this is it, then for me that is too little to buy dlc.

wow, that's brutal.

This game does not want me to have a legendary helm. Got another legendary helm engram for leveling my Cryptarch, and yet again it was fucking nothing.

Yep, we did. Fun times :) I do have a mic just have a really bad throat infection at the moment and with the Gold headset it catches every cough :p

Or unless I'm really stoned then I forget to talk.

Wish more people left their fire teams open like you do! I think I should be on tonight.

So if I join a PvP faction, all the rep I get goes to that faction, but that would make Vanguard Marks useless right? Since all the faction gear requires crucible marks?

At least you get legendary items from legendary engrams all I get is fucking blue stuff, the only purple thing I have is my FWC cloak

I feel like this game is going to become somewhat of a cult classic. If Bungie can support the game decently and listen to fans I hope some people re-visit their reviews.

It has to get there first though of course, even though I love the game right now.

IDK, I went with one because it seemed like the gear was cheaper/lower rank to get from the factions than the crucible or vanguard.

I imagine after I get ranked up I will take it off and rank up others.

So I beat the game and the update kicked me out and I had to do. It all over again. Luckily my friend told me I was supposed to get a special gun or I would've been clueless

I believe this is accurate. I joined FWC and all my rep has been going there. Not 100% sure my Vanguard has stayed put, but I think it has.

I'm okay with it happening in principal. If they stop letting Legendary engrams roll blue, then they'll just nerf the drop rates of Legendary engrams so the actual legs received is the same. But it's happening too often.

And Bungie, please, the first time you get a legendary engram, it should be guaranteed to be a legendary.

I've gotten 3 legendary engrams so far and they're all blue. What that is taught me is not to get excited over them. Which is bad game design.

Can't comment on matchmaking in raids since I haven't played those, but there is absolutely nothing so extremely overwhelming in weekly heroics our night falls that it'd require extreme coordination not possible to get from match making.

Yes, but once you hit Rank 3 with that faction you could remove the faction class item and begin gaining rep with them again. I am going to go that route because by then I'd have about 200 or 300 marks ready to spend on armor or weapons.

After I then level up the Vanguard and Crucible vendors I'd have 3 of the 5 vendors available to me. Then I'll likely pick FWC to level and finally Dead Orbit.

So I just picked up a Titan chest plate, but I'm a Warlock. Hasn't happened before, not a engram, just the chest plate itself.

Is this common?

Do I have a chance to get the Vanguard marks cap before reset tonight? I'm level 20 and will probably play for about 3 hours after work. I currently have 0 marks o_O

It is amazing to me that there are people on Reddit and the Bungie forums trying to defend the loot system of this game saying its perfectly fine.

Do any of these amazing guns have any actually interesting mechanics to them or are they just higher numbers with a pretty paintjob? The majority of my time seems to be stuck with good old bullets. I do hope they do some more interesting things as time progresses.
