PS4 Tournament Bracket $800 prize to first place team and $100 for MVP. Lots of competitive players are in it. Even Gabe and Poshy
I did the subclass quests easily on my Hunter, but when i saw the requirements for the Titan I said "Nope". It's crazy how much more difficult the requirements on the other classes are, whilst on my Hunter I managed to do the kill 3 majors in a strike step on both my Gunslinger AND Bladedancer in a single run of Omnigul. I started with Blade and then half way through I was done and switched to Gunslinger lol

Shotgun all the majors. Bubble blind the VIP target in Round 4 and go crazy with shotguns to bring him down in like a second.

I've heard a few times now that nobody will play them, so I assume if they ever signed up for a tournament, everyone else would forfeit and cry for their moms or whatever.
What I have been wondering and never found reassuring answer, so I played it safe and left 8 open.

Dude while you were gone Majors became meaningless. Red bar and yellow bar = one and the same, 1-2s with your shotgun. It was dumb.
For Skolas it's super noticeable though because, being a level below the content, OP shotguns let us engage enemies without too much danger.
Nah TripleWreck, Poshy, Gabe, WYL, WAR, etc would all have no problems playing 13Devs I bet... Although maybe you are being sarcastic...

I mean, if all three players have good shotguns this still works perfectly well. Specialist isn't meaningless. It's the tons of melee and shrapnel launcher captains throughout the rest of the waves, when you aren't all focusing fire with the protection of a blinding bubble that makes it more tedious.
You can't drop Relic so no more solo VoG.

That makes sense. Haven't tried Skolas since the patch hit. I'm guessing there will be a flood of people this weekend looking to do it at the last minute, though, so I'll be around to help out.

These two changes plus Swordbearers now able to deflect our sword blows, all point to King's Fall mechanics.
Essentially, they aren't changing VoG and CE specifically. They're changing global behaviours that are used in the VoG and CE.
Wondering if it's because of all the VoG exploration, people trying to take the relic out to patrol, etc.

Yeah I'm happy to do runs w non-first timers, although I'd still like to have at least one newbie per run.
For awhile there were so many people asking I only did double newbie runs but things seemed to have slowed down a bit. Honestly Skolas is probably the only thing I'll bother playing this week, kinda bummed on the 2.0 changes and just waiting for TTK.

OK I retract my earlier statement about the armsday snipers. Both are fine. I just was sniping poorly last time I used them. Just went 10-0 using the Hakke sniper and the Word of Crota on a Salvage match. Got mercy ruled ;p

Do we even know if this is necessary? I wouldn't be surprised if the commendation packages will show up as special orders, which should get their own set of 20 slots outside of the 20 Postmaster and Lost items slots.

We're in this weird state this week where the weapon archetype and perk changes have been applied but we don't have access to any of the new weapons.
The changes were made to "balance" the all the weapons and make us want to use the new weapons... but we don't have them yet so...

Most of the people we hear of formed their own teams. I think Triple is playing on Lumi's team (BSK). I know Geb, Poshy, and Srahb are playing with WYL on "Double Neg". Nemesis is well known. I haven't seen the complete roster for each team but for $800 you can bank on good players showing up.
