I love how YET AGAIN Bungie fixes a bug in a strike without actually fixing the reason people resorted to it.

The warsat defense part of that strike is among the most frustrating portions of the entire game. But they don't do shit about it.

Stupid ship shooting at you in addition to the enemies with no where to take cover. God I hate that part of the quest.

i just fined it not fun for pvp i do use it for pve though... but quiver is just meh it just doesnt give you enough time to aim...

Nighstalker is great in PvP. Keen Scout works wonders when people are trying to hide behind corners. Vanish in Smoke is good for Rift, but that's about it. I use Envenomed most of the time. I use Blood Bound for my super, mostly because most people seem not to know that you can get rid of the void faster if you shoot it, and tethered targets explode, damaging nearby enemies.

I use Light of the Pack or Courage of the Pack to create orbs or armor for my team. I haven't really used Lockdown, but it could work in conjunction with Envenomed to control entry points in Control or Rift. If you had some semblence of teamwork during a Rift game, you could have one Nightstalker use Smoke & Lockdown to cover the Spark, and another use Vanish in Smoke to capture. Finally, use Black Hole when you're near the rift to cover the runner and tether any targets.

Quiver isn't that great for PvP - Maybe in Trials because teams usually travel together, but it's more of a PvE super.

Combine this with Graviton Forfeit to grant yourself Shade Step and you've got a winner. I used to run Gunslinger, but after working with Nightstalker, I can't seem to go back. It takes time to get your groove with it, but it's worth it.

Got some travel to do this weekend, so I can't play much Iron Banner. But that's okay:

TL;DR - Get weeklies done on Tuesday, play 1-2 games on Monday -> BOOM! Rank 5

Ha, classic Bungie. Now we got clash, but the daily bounty in IB is still from Control, win with 2500 points. So basically, you have to carry a shit team to win.

Quoting for a new page:

Hi DGAF.

Yesterday I got a Hawksaw and a Byronic Hero from drops, what do you all think of the perks?

Hawksaw
SLO-19/SPO-26/SRO-41
Fitted Stock/Appended Mag
Icarus (-_-)
Snapshot/Injection Mold

Byronic Hero
Steadyhand IS/Fastdraw IS/Quickdraw IS
Outlaw
Extended Mag/Casket Mag/High Calibur Rounds
Hidden Hand

Another boring patch notes. Fix the raid drops before fixing the daughters scream. Good job on bounties but like that's all that was accomplished after this long?

Another week goes by where my motivation to play depletes. Last week, no raids and this week, maybe only a card of Trials instead of each character.

People know shooting the Void makes it go away just like shooting a defender bubble whittles it away also. But they're both largely a waste of time. Defender Bubble because it's HP is so high, Tether because usually the Hunter who used it or their teamate will kill you well before you drop the tether.

Quiver can be just as useful in PvP as others if you use it to it's greatest effect. Someone particular skilled in aiming it, gets three 1 shot kills from it. Someone who targets doorways can hinder even a multiple pronged attack on their position. It also still functions to pull Guardians out of Sunbreaker/Stormcaller/Gunslinger supers if they get tethered. So it allows you three chances at that rather than one.

Thinking of ways this can be done, Guess the easiest way would be to create alt live/PSN accounts and refer each other.

lol u think you can refer your sub PSN/XBL account to Destiny and create an account without buying a new copy of Destiny and still get the sparrow?

People also say that The Last Word is junk, but I've seen you use it! Really, though, I always feel too vulnerable when I use it. I'll give it another shot with my current set up, which is different than what I used when I first unlocked it.

I still love TLW in trials. It's great for pushing an orb or defending against a shotty rusher.

In 6v6 though, the mag is far too small to handle multiple opponents. Even normal 3v3 when people can revive at will it's a pain to use. Not saying it's not possible, but in normal PvP, you're better off using Hawkmoon or any pulse.

Neither are great. Outlaw and Hidden Hand are nice perks, but Hand Cannons really, really need Range. Maybe hold onto in the hopes that the December balance update helps? The Hawksaw is another meh, in my estimation. Icarus isn't good and Injection Mold is a weak stability upgrade. For Suros Pulses, these are the perks you want: Perfect Balance/Hammer Forged, Counterbalance/Hidden Hand/Hip Fire, Smallbore/Rifled Barrel.

You'd be surprised how many people don't shoot the void, even after the hunter that shot it died. I've seen it happen quite a bit in normal Crucible. I won't even bother with the Defender Bubble, as it's mostly a waste of time.

The issue with a lot of these supers is that we assume that everyone knows how to use it at its full potential. That's not always the case when playing with randoms in matchmaking. They seem more inclined to push their super as soon as they get it, rather than waiting for the best time for maximum punishment.

Now that Quiver is back to its full capacity, I'm going to give it another try with my current set up.
