Kind of shocking how people don't realize they've drastically reduced servers in year 2 since like 89% of people stopped playing.
89% lol

I just expect consistency in service.
Bungie has made more and more money from Destiny since Vanilla launched. Service shouldn't be worse now.
And that people are somehow shook and outraged that a basically-MMO has a launch hiccup.
Perhaps you're happy to pay 30 for an early entry for nothing, but I'm not.
Crazy numbers
You woukd think they would at least try to anticipate traffic but who knows what the resources allocated to them are
They do have Destiny 2 on the horizon
Sorry but no Destiny launch of any expansion has been like this. So stop acting like this is normal.
It's not normal for Destiny.

It's been an hour. This is an embarrassment...
I remember when the Alpha was released and everyone was expecting there to be server issues but it was 99% rock solid, and then Bungie said that it was all credit to their technical team that handled the servers and how they impressed everyone else in Bungie.
They must be on Destiny 2 right now.
Destiny alpha, beta, and the first retail launch went smoothly for me. Dunno about the previous expansions, as I wasn't there at the time.

Is it early entry if no one else is getting in either.
To be fair, Destiny 1 was nigh-on unplayable for a week after launch in select countries. So yeah, hiccups should always be expected. It sucks, though, hope you guys get in soon.Sorry but no Destiny launch of any expansion has been like this. So stop acting like this is normal.

That's now how server maintenance works, but ok.
Down to 4,000 > Error > 220,000 > 197,000
Thanks Bungie
So, we're apparently in agreement.
Pretty sure that's how businesses work. Make more money. Expand and improve your services etc.
Regardless, no one can log in after an hour now. Explain or defend this how you like but it shouldn't be happening at all.
whenever there's unexpected launch problems, it's time for the best online fuckery, without fail
They've used that money to make more and more content. You can't just pay for the maintainence of unused servers when the user base bails on you.

Yeah but they also know how many people pre ordered RoI. No excuse for a mess of this magnitude...
Anyone want spot 160,155? -_-
Honestly...I'm not even mad. For a game that's two years old to be getting swamped this heavily during hours that we should all be asleep...pretty impressive. You've come a long way, Destiny.
The queue is a lieKicked at 900
Back of the line.

Yeah it's the user's fault. What?
