Yeah REDEEM or Slayerage's team will all be 390+ and they'll beat HM pretty quick IMO. Only question is will anybody else beat it faster than them.

Yeah it does seem like that stuff is active right now. I didn't try using it though

Not yet, wait until the patch hits around 1 PM Eastern time. After the patch and Destiny is back up Legendary engrams will decrypt up to 385 which will be a huge benefit for people with how often they drop now (Public Events, Raid chests, etc)
