If you are only gonna buy it for the campaign, not really. Its 5 missions and only two of them are decent/good. Theres a few post campaign quests but not a lot.

Only 2 people got the Engram's due to it being their first time

As long as you attune on a character once they can use any of the new artifacts. It's a pretty nice feature. Having one high level artifact is a pain already
