Destiny |OT43| Just What the Doctor Ordered

Alright, question regarding the quest for the exotic The Chaperone. It says I have to kill both brothers with a shotgun. Google told me that I don't need to do the killing blow with a shotgun, but to simply cause a certain amount of damage with one on both bosses. So that's what I did, but the quest only marked one of the two bosses. So what's up? Do I need to do the finishing blow with the shotgun? Also, will the two other players get the kill two? How does that work exactly?

When I did it we had to get the killing blow with a shotgun. Another guy on my fireteam got the kill and it registered for me as well.

I do wish there was more, uh, footsies for lack of a better word. Strafe-play and area control/denail. Supremacy and shotgun scrubbing is anti all of that.
 
Good thing the IB drops don't take performance into consideration lol. Supremacy is such a joke. I'm just laughing as the try-hards sweat and I get all the good loot hahahahaha!
 
Supremacy is cool and all but I can't stand my own teammates who see me get the kill but take my crests. That thirst is real. The first few games I went in with a HC and Shottie but I still was trading kills and not getting my crests. Now I've just been doing the shooting from a little more range and get the assist. Whatever.

Regular Supremacy? Sure. IB Supremacy? Grab whatever you can cuz I wanna win.


And Iron Banner continues to impress... hit went from 367 to 369 today. And got some nice gear.

Raid final boss first form (or section). Got a 380 ghost last night.

On the flip side I hate when nobody picks up crests. You still get the kill credit if someone picks it up, you don't if it gets denied.

Both modes are for teams. Solo queuing is just pure frustration for me.

Rift iron banner in solo queue had people in your team playing it like it's clash and just camp their spawn to raise their k/d. Was horrible....

At least solo on this would they would get destroyed by getting team shot. I did run into the players that literally hide in the corner just waiting for the match to end so they can get their drops.
 
I hate getting put in IB games where some people are more concerned about trying to kill the other team than actually scoring/defending crests.
 
Best IB game type is still Control. I have a soft spot for IB Rift though because it was so easy to mercy teams.

Trying that slow walk for last 15 minutes, no good

Come on, should have had it as its own thing matchmade like PoE or CoE

I have to do Bounties on 2 of my characters
5 Bounties on Warlock and 5 Bounties on Hunter

Dregs, Vandals, Shanks, Servitor, and complete 5 Public Events
(Public Event you can chase in the Plaguelands)

They seriously didn't think this through...
