Im not noticing a difference with the no sprint cool down penalty artifact. I feel like I can run, stop and run immediately.

You need Rifled or Reinforced barrel on them or don't even bother. The exotics are an exception, but TLW and Ace of Spades are the only good exotic HCs.

Even with ghost bullets, they still feel better than all other primaries.

Your scout has 38 impact. That's not high impact. Cocytus has 61 impact and a 13 round mag.

My inward lamp has 35 impact and a 20 round mag btw.
