So I have all the exotic bounty weapons except for Pocket Infinity (haven't gotten around to leveling half of them however). Didn't realize I could get repeats of those bounties, got the choice between invective, thorn and juju again last night. Dropped that bounty like a hot potato. Hindsight I could have done invective for some energy (12.5k glimmer wouldn't have been too bad)

Also, apparently you can't have more than 3 characters and my storage is now clogged with fusion rifles ready for whenever i get that final bounty. But yeah of the exotics, invective is the only good one I've use so far in crucible.

The Raid is on the Venus world map, and will only appear once you hit level 26. The Iron Banner appears in the Crucible menu as the Control Flag icon below all the others.

I remember in the beta that I took a Level 4 or 5 into the Iron Banner and I still did very well, so the level and stat differences are probably only 10% of what they are in PvE judging from everyone's impressions today.

Kind of defeats the purpose of the event.

I mean what is the intention? Hope you get matched up against fresh level 20s who are dumb enough to enter it?

Iron Banner doesn't feel any different. I'm not good at the PVP so I expected to totally get creamed. I still held my own. Went positive in all matches I played.

Not that I don't want pvp to be balanced but you would of thought the extra armor titans get would make them tougher to take down. Shows stats don't mean anything in this game.

Looking forward to trying it out tonight when I can to see if I have the same results.

this is the other way im talking about, i did this with my team by chance lol (still got killed at the end, we fucked up).

do it by the entrance btw, thats how we did it. seriously, getting a sniper rifle even if it aint the best, made a bit easier doing the high lvl pve stuff for me

I am here relaxing while my team beats the Raid final boss without me.

I picked up Raid arm piece and put it on, got deleveled which is okay, but the fucking Hand Cannon reload boost I had on my old one was awesome. Now the gun reloads so slowly :(

So anyone trying to FR or invite me in the past hour... Sorry. I think I finally got to reply to most of you, but PSN being PSN with receiving messages from 10-20 minutes ago and then waiting another 5-10 to open them.

That being said. Wait... doing the nightfall multiple times = multiple loot? :( If this is true, how the hell did I not know this?

I assume this is in place so your not massing huge ammounts of shards/energy/coins from a list of 10 characters you leveled up.

you don't have to enter the instance to complete that bounty, just go find some lv 28 mobs anywhere on the planet. your allowed to die this way and not be sent back to orbit.

The rewards for the Nightfall are once per week.

Am I the only one who has put a ton of hours into this game and still hasn't received even one exotic bounty? I don't really care that much because my weapons are great, but it's pretty strange to see that some of you have completed all of those bounties already. And yes I do a lot of the regular bounties so that's not the reason why I haven't gotten one.

Where do you find level 28 mobs that are not within the strike?

How can you solo past the dinklebot scene anyway? I went back and picked them off over the edge but Hobgoblins will eventually one shot me. I guess Invis and picking them off one by one would work, but it would take ages.

Atheon's is completely sick in the Nightfall though, crazy DPS thanks to the modifiers.

i wish they'd tone down the weapon damage in crucible, ever since suros regime the multiplayer is closer to cod than halo and it makes me sad. i had a lot more fun playing pvp before xur gave that stupid weapon away.

You're not the only one. I will say that after you get your first it would seem they come much more frequently.

I didn't get one until about 35 hours in when I turned in like 3-4 vanguard bounties at once. And I've only got one so far.

Seriously? Because it's more ridiculous than shotguns and Fusion rifles 1 shotting people left and right?

that was what I was experiencing too at two weeks into the game. now im finishing up the last two and I'll have 6/6. keep plugging away at the bounties you'll get one.
