Notice how the melodies are COMPLETELY different? How Dark Horse is a repeated 4-note descending melody? And Moments of Love is a 16-note melody that, for example, only descends one time?

I can't read music so it means nothing to me what evidence you present, but my ears don't deceive me and they sound a lot alike.
You don't need to be able to read music to see that the little dots are moving in completely different directions. Those little dots are the notes being played. Your ears think they sound the same because you're unfamiliar with melody and are distracted by cadence.

These things look quite different and IMO they don't sound much alike yet Sam Smith had to pay royalties, my ears think Katy Perry and Art of Love sound identical yet to my knowledge Art of Love aren't getting royalties or song writing credit. There are many internet critics who thought they sounded alike.

If you don't think the refrain of Stay With Me sounds melodically close to the verses of I Won't Back Down, then you should probably just stop making comments about what sounds are similar or dissimilar.

I feel like I'm being trolled. You brought up I Won't Back Down / Stay With Me. Find the relevant parts of the melodies and you'll see the relationships between the notes are similar if not identical for significant portions.
Meanwhile, I showed you the melodies for Moments In Love and Dark Horse, in which the melodies are not even close to similar for reasons I already explained.
There is no symmetry between our positions. This is not a subjective issue. You are ignorant about this topic and wrong. That's okay - I'm ignorant about a lot of stuff that's much more important than this. But still, "agree to disagree" is really not what we're dealing with here.

What a sad fucking world. This garbage song/video that sounds like noise getting 1billion and that absolutely generic shit that is Roar getting close to it. Of course one of her few good songs with an actual good video (Last Friday Night) is nowhere close. Pop scene sure is pathetic and sad nowadays.

I told you I can't read music so presenting sheet music means very little to me.
I looked at a song where royalties were paid because a court said they sounded alike and I said the sheet music doesn't look very alike.
I can't read music so I don't know it was a different part of the song that was ripped off. I also said Dark Horse sounds a lot like moments in love and you claim otherwise citing sheet music as evidence.
I still think they sound alike because fuck me they do, I know some might say you shouldn't appeal to majority but I bet you if you poled gaffers they'd think the two songs have quit the similarities.

Yes, a basic understanding of music and ears that aren't hot garbage at discerning melody.
I think most purses look the same, but that's because I have no training or natural eye for the relevant distinctions within them. So I don't go around claiming they're all copies of each other.
Buy some books on introductory music theory. It's actually really fun - you'll pick it up quick and get to appreciate music in a whole new way.

Artificial? She's dolled up in make up but then so is every celebrity male or female. Pamela Anderson (flat chested, brunette, Canadian) was 'artificial' but I wouldn't say the same about Katy Perry.
