A lot of channels that feature long-form content will also issue clips - although the clips usually run 10 minutes, rather than the 1 or 2 minutes you're looking for. Rubin Report comes to mind as one example, but there are many others. Some channels have an official "Clip" channel, but most just issue smaller 10-15 minute clips from the long-form interviews.
The Youtube "Shorts" are good if you're looking for the 1-minute form. I find shorts interesting but I try to steer clear of watching too many, because it can be a bit of a dopamine brain-rot. It's sort of like I imagine TikTok to be. I've never subbed to TikTok, because I don't want a steady diet of content that is that short. I think it would degrade my attention.
