Ok. Well you might be right, and quite probably are, that this isn't Dormammu. But he can take any form and based on the makeup of Madds he might be behind all of this, heck he might even be that form. I mean he can so it's a probability. A longshot, but still.

Strange has some terrific villains so I hope they don't immediately go the Dormammu route. I hope he stays in the shadows and reveals himself either towards the end or with the sequels hopefully.

I suspected since there were two red dudes that the off-sync jump was on-purpose. Turns out it was true.

Matching outfits means they're not important. Can't have the lower level characters jumping with the main characters. Main characters go first.

Ahhh makes sense. I didn't really notice the cracks on the peeps behind Strange only black makeup but yeah I think you're right that he's not going to be Dormammu. I'll be happy if he's Mephisto or Nightmare. I bet they'll do Dormammu sooner or later anyway. As long as he's not a one and done character.

You are referring to Sitwell's rooftop scene? His speech mentioned about Hydra using the helicarrier to take out potential threats, by predicting their future actions using their past. So its possible he is not yet established at that moment, but Hydra is predicting he will become a threat in the future.
