Tried to plays it as a side game right now but it seems kind of like a cheap indie game and not at alls awesome like Prodeus

I mean, Dusk is probably the best of all the recent boomer shooters. If you're not enjoying it now then nothing really changes fundamentally that will make you enjoy it more.

Maybes cus I just played Prodeus which is almosts as good as Doom 2016 and Eternals so was expecting more hahah

Terminator: resistance took me back to the early 2000s when single player shooters with campaigns existed.

If you're looking for something more Quake than Doom, HROT is fantastic and finally out of early access

Dusk is one of the very best retro shooters. Strange that you didn't like it.
Gameplay is fantastic. And the music is one of the best in any videogame ever. Andrew Hulshult did an amazing work here.

Personally, I consider Prodeus as a much better game than Doom and Doom Eternal. I just hate the ammo scarcity and QTE mechanics in those games. Prodeus also has much better level design.
But if you are looking for games similar to Doom and Doom Eternal, most of these retro shooters won't do the trick. Maybe the closest is Shadow Warrior 3.

All of these retro shooters are different in stile. Each trying to emulate the feel of different years in the 90's FPS history.
You might want to try Amid Evil, Ion Fury, Forgive me Father, etc.

Depends on what you're calling better here. Level design, pacing, enemy design, atmosphere, music are all top notch and not something you'd notice by only seeing a few minutes of game. Honestly, the only area i think DUSK loses to Prodeus is the visuals and gore.

You might want to take a look at Hedon Bloodrite and The Citadel, or just play Doom with Brutal Doom mod installed.

I've heard reshade can inject a Lottes filter or the like, but I've not got that set up, I have RetroArch installed though, am I right in thinking I can I launch any exe through that and apply those filters to it? Or am I mad.

The usual answer to this kind of question unless you play a game with a two hours prologue that has vastly different gameplay and lacks pace or is cutscene after cutscene: no.
