And how conservative they actually are.

Almost all of this stolen from wikipedia or 538.

Thank you. It’s true, and these are the best and the finest. When Mexico sends its people, they’re not sending their best. They’re not sending you. They’re not sending you. They’re sending people that have lots of problems, and they’re bringing those problems with us. They’re bringing drugs. They’re bringing crime. They’re rapists. And some, I assume, are good people.

Very good, Mr. Trump.

So going off the current polling the 10 in the debates will probably be:

Jeb
Rubio
Rand
Cruz
Carson
Huckster
Walker
Trump
Christie (if he runs)
and either Santorum or Perry

I won't believe it until it actually happens.

A tiny completely misanthropic part of me is morbidly curious about experiencing a Trump presidency.

If it wasn't for the damaging ripple effects that would echo through time, I would totally be down with such an insane experiment.

His foreign policy ideas are quite something :

Iraq : "We need to take their oil"

China : "They think we are fools. Did you know that they love me in China, I do so much busine...anyway we need to put the hurt on China. "

ISIS : "I know what the solution is but I'm not going to tell until I win the presidency, because otherwise other politicians will get credit for my ideas"

Economy:

"Did you know that the Trump real estate portfolio is worth a trillion dollars. You have to consider the value of the brand but where was I...the economy, I know a lot of Americans are hurting but just few weeks ago I was in Russia. They treated me so well, you know people love me over there. Lots of opportunities. Did you know that Russia only has a flat tax rate of around 13%. Makes you think"

Trump is definitely mentally challenged.

Are those actual quotes? They can't be...

It's amazing how little self-awareness this guy has.
It seriously borders on some kind of personality disorder.

It's also hilarious how much he's going to damage his own party by simply existing.

It's hard to take a side or even the entire election process seriously when Trump's in the lineup.

More the reason ppl need to vote for him to be runner up and have him stay in as long as possible.

Cant wait for trump to rip into Bush.

Exactly - unless requiring a rebuke from the DNC directly, the moment he's targetted by the other Repubs, they should just sit back and enjoy the mudslinging. Tbh, I'd like the following order of mudslinging battles:

- Rand/Trump vs Walker
- Rand/Cruz Missile vs Bush
- Rand/Santorum vs Lindsey

Maybe Putin or Blatter are running too, I'm betting they have a higher chance than Trump.

Well... liberals in America DO kind of hate Sepp Blatter. So he probably could run for President and garner at least some support from conservatives. Just badmouth Hillary, call Bernie a socialist and throw out some more red meat.

BOOM. Instantly at 7% in the polls.

It's kind of fun in a wacky sort of way. He's insane, yet refreshing. I look forward to him razzing some dudes in the primaries.

Sad to hear. He's officially turned the republican primary into a circus. More so then it was to begin with. It's just do sad to see how far the party has fallen. It's literally become a joke anymore.

U.S Senate
54-46
U.S House
247-181
Governorships
31-18-1
State Legislatures(House and Senate controlled by R)
31-11-8

Yeah they have fallen alright. Bush sure destroyed the party for a generation lol. Republicans are at their strongest going back 80+ years.

He released some financial records today along with this announcement. I don't know if it's to the extent he's required to yet, I didn't even look at them.

He talked about this today. Then he went on to say he has 9billion dollars in assets and 500million in liabilities or something

Anyone know what a candidate HAS to release? If he's released everything he has to, then I'll believe he's really in it.

And has he released his Birth Certificate and school records?

Pretty sure you don't have to release school records everyone just does to prevent it from turning into WHAT ARE THEY HIDING

That is actually a good deflection. Stephanopoulos was trying to rattle him by bringing up something he said years ago as a negative and he shrugged it off like he didn't care. Obviously never would happen, but he says sure, why not...she'd be great, is that all you've got?

Nice to see that CBS turned an obvious deflection into the lead though.

I'm glad he doesn't stand a chance because if I lived in a world where he did I would have squandered my near-future spending all of my money and time desperately trying to get the fuck as far from this country and its influence as possible.

I'm still considering it...

GOP must be terrified. If he doesnt win the primaries (he wont) he could run as an independent (knowing his temper, he probably will) and work as an spoiler.

Great news for Democrats, though. Specially for Sanders.

Whats the date he would have to release his tax records by so we know when he's going to drop the PR stunt again?
The deadline is in 90 days or something. He can show up to two debates and then dropout without releasing his financials in the correct way.

Dat Jerrymandering. See ya in 17 months.

Facebook comments are killing me. People are really, truly convinced that Trump is some kind of financial genius. Among some of the sentiments: he can "make America profitable", "get us out of debt" and, perhaps most amusingly, the belief that, because he's rich, he has no incentive to screw people to make more money (and, in fact, that Trump has never showed this kind of greed), so he will look out for the middle class. Hahahha. Classic stuff.
