Ok, so I think I know what's up. Whatever server they're hosting on doesn't seem to see Rox.KIS from NA. I'm able to see (and attempt) Watch Game from all of AL's members, but none of Rox.KIS's members are similarly "visible". One half of the game isn't making the jump o'er the Atlantic.

Joining through the steam client like that doesn't work at all ever in dota 2.

If you're in the game client you can join off friends there, that's what you want to try.

we literally only saw them for the first 2 matches at the international last year. The first time was because some idiot restricted amount of viewers to like 2000. And then second time was everyone connecting, then it was fine

basically it'll draw a range circle around your character. But you can designate how large or how small the circle is on the fly during a match.

I'm pretty sure there will be many more viewers this year. I'm mostly concerned about ddos attempts. Interrupting random match with a ddos is one thing, but I'm sure whoever is behind the ddos recently would really love to hit dota TV during the TI3.

But sometimes there are more important circles , Chaos Knight Rift range, Slark pounce range, Shadow Fiend Raze range, Skywrath Ult range... A range for everything

I have it bound to a key so I can switch it on/off, I'm pretty sure it fixed that. Will find it if you want me to

Does each key correspond to a range, or does it let you type in a range and display a circle at that range?

Yes but with the 1200 range you can pretty accurately judge everything else based on that. Everything except Clockwerk hook and Mirana Sacred Arrow that is. But even those 2 you can highlight the skill and get a good estimate for their range outside of the 1200 range.
