Just went 21-2 Slark. Good god that hero is strong. Really underestimated that little guy.

not a bad hero at all, but when you're playing against him the biggest problem is that way too few people played dota 1 and don't know how to play against him
i vote ksan most brutal trash talker 2013

come on steeeeeeeeeve

You can steal some ulti with Rubick? I didn't know that. Stole Witch Doctor's Death Wards while we were on defensive and it helped the team greatly and turned the tide.

I know it's probably already been said, but I'm really enjoying the production value from BeyondTheSummit. They have really stepped up their game in the last couple months from what I've seen.

Let's not forget that the main reason that they're amazing is that the casters are arguably the best in the scene. So much love for BTS<3
Add the production value as you mentioned, and it's even better.

Alliance is playing amazing at the G-1. They're running a nice mix of incredibly solid standard play and well practiced unorthodox strategies to keep their opponents guessing, not to mention their individual performances are top notch.

I fell asleep last night watching Liquid getting knocked around by Orange, and I start tonight just in time to presumably watch Liquid get manhandled again.

The SC2 flashbacks to Proleague are overwhelming.

How Alliance plays is the future of dota, there's not much more to say.
It's gonna be about having a strat, and knowing exactly how to win with it and sticking to it.

Look at the vod of the TL game; Alliance knew that they were gonna win the game from the beginning if they sticked to letting loda and bulldog farm in the mid game, they didn't let the early game distract them.

Look at this Orange game, there's not any doubt about they knowing that they knew exactly how they were gonna win with Bulldog farming, and having RP and empower on Loda, I doubt they even cared that Orange got that rosh.

Some chinese teams might be more mechanically skilled and have better team play, but the way Alliance plays right now is fucking fantastic, the chinese have something to learn from that instead of running more basic strats.

Yo, where in Switzerland is Sweden again?

So, on a scale of 1 to shit-stomped-in, how bad will LGD beat Liquid?

I love the Chinese cuties on stream. The male:female ratio seems better than the 1:100 at most esports.
Its like 1:50

Can't wait for LGD perfect dota vs. [A] unpredictable dota.

Who to bet on? :o

Since when did the game get Australian servers? I just when from my normal 450 ping months ago to 30. I can actually deny and last hit now.

Holy fuck!!!

Game just needs Midwars matchmaking now.

Oh, another thing, Chinese dota from a couple or three years ago is coming back, gyro isn't even half as good if you give your supports some farm.

I hold a military history perspective on this (inc bias), but always bet on unexpected when unexpected is competent.

"Thus it is that in war the victorious strategist only seeks battle after the victory has been won, whereas he who is destined to defeat first fights and afterwards looks for victory."
- Sun Tzu, greatest Chinese Dota player of all time

Read that book, good shit *like* *le upvotes* *etc~*.
Why draft DS and Chen first? I don't get it.

Because Dota is about to change.

Who was it that was complaining endlessly about how the meta wasn't going to change without a patch and it was getting boring?

The people crying about PL?
LGD draft: 3 game-breaking heroes. Liquid: none.

Might look like it, but this game is 100% about how Fluff plays.
If Fluff can rotate well, and keep Korok in the game and let him farm a little bit I think TL have a chance.

edit: oh, I don't think LGD knows what they're doing with putting kunkka top

I lost my first game of League of Legends 2, feels bad man. I played as the Otter w/ an electric eel, couldn't figure out what roles there were. Is there a tutorial or something cause I couldn't find one.

Also, I've been missing exciting dotos apparently :[
