Releasing a hero is a huge event for Dota 2. Random updates for TF2 get SFM videos all the time.

Ok, so for the Techies set, only the bomb cart is Arcana. The other pieces are Legendary, except for the Sapper which is just Rare.

Also, the Kunnka Arcana looks mostly done. To the point where I could honestly see there being a day 2 to the update sometime next week.
