I didn't see the video it came from, but the text below it doesn't look right to me, and it looks like the is a fisheye effect on the "river" in the logo.
It's either that or some weird mistake by the video.

Man having a communications ban makes you such a liability to your team. I'm not saying I didn't earn it, but it costs your team more than it does you (assuming you aren't crazy toxic) which being honest about gameplay decisions isn't in my book.

honestly speaking, is redoing a heroes textures not allowed? Set ALWAYS have to be some kind of tacky armor. My guess that's arcana only territory, but idk.
the way the heroes work is that they have a kind of base model that can't be changed and then there's kind of 'parts' on the base model that can be changed (remodelled, new textures etc.) so when you get that in-game bug where the characters are 'naked', what's actually happened is that the game has loaded the base model but none of the cosmetic parts (even the base ones).
