I mean, my understanding of Ultimate is Gohan intends it to be a powerup that will scale to other people's levels, or intentionally beyond that.
Maybe he will get a new form, but I doubt that.

I wonder if that will be it for him, though? The god forms seem to (obviously) be a step above what could be accomplished by Gohan's unlocked power. Since he took part in the God ritual, maybe he could develop his own form?
That said, he's mostly happy being a family man now, so I wouldn't be mad if he doesn't go any further than his ultimate form. He's still be like the third strongest fighter in his universe.

Maybe, not sure. I assume that like every other form shown so far in Z and Super, he'll hit a barrier at some point with it and thus need something new/different again.
This is something I've kind of wonder, and it would make sense why they teased the Elder Kai potential unlocked for Goku back in 91.
What I think it implies more is a big team up with Goku and Gohan, but a fusion would be neat.
My only issue, is Gohan doesn't know the fusion dance, so that'll be a plot hole. Not the first time though with GT and Fusion Reborn.
All we need is for the bang to get bigger the stronger he gets.

I made that observation earlier and the inherent problems if they decide to go that route with SSG's ritual, not the least of which being that there's no guarantee that they won't be attacked during the ritual.
We also don't know if
Ultimate Gohan and LSSJ Kale would work in the ritual.
In the arc I thought he went SSJ during the ritual. Could be wrong.
