Dragon Ball Super |OT9| Genki-Drama

Just thought about this....

Goku is stalling time to get his energy back. In tournament time, hasn't it only been 2 or 3 minutes since he was Ultra Instinct? And he's already back to SS3?

I don't get how someone regains stamina by expending stamina by fighting as well as going to SSJ2 and SSJ3 (a stamina hog)?
Remember Sayians are unique in that every defeat they grow stronger. So perhaps after suffering his beat down by Jiren, combined with the God Ki it is empowering him quicker and maybe even using the ladies ki to help him as well.

Remeber during the Namek Saga Vegeta injured himself severely at one point then healed up and came back far stronger.

I don't get the hate.

Every saiyan so far since dbz has improved dramatically when training with other fighters stronger than them.

Now you have saiyans teaching lesser saiyans in battle and actively coaching them how to improve. That's the whole saiyan thing, to improve. I think it's awesome watching vegeta and goku coaching these lesser saiyans and their excitement to them progressing so fast.

We've had much younger super saiyans than these guys previously, and these ones are up against the best across all universes and being actively coached.

I Dunno. Don't get the hate on how fast they're progressing. It makes sense to me.

eh, goku and vegeta had to train on the hyperbolic time chamber, those u6 sayans are just skipping years of training

I hope they make SS3 worthwhile somehow. I wonder if U6 has a different Fusion process?

When you are out of stamina, you can still do energy expending stuff until you recover. Basketball players can lax on Defense, and settle for jumpers until they recover more energy back (while still running up and down the court expending energy).

Plus Saiyans are unique, and the dude recovers just by growing more excited.

Every time I see it called this I get tilted a bit. I really, really wish Funimation had just called it something less stupid. I mean, Room of Space and Time would have been fine.

Also, I can already see the Rule 34 fanart of
this fusion happening and Kale "becoming one with sis"
.

You know if it was any one else, even Vegeta or Gohan, they'd be on their way out. It's just convenient plot armor at this point for Goku.

Goku should have gotten eliminated during the special. Goku gets a taste of ultra instinct, the next level of power he has to reach again one day(preserving its mystique as something even GoDs can't do easily instead of possibly having Goku immediately use it again in the tournament) and the stakes and tension are raised enormously as Jiren takes out him and Hit in succession. Jiren truly seems unstoppable where as now it's kind of like we're just waiting for Goku to use ultra instinct again and Jiren looks dumb for letting Goku hang around.

I just hope next episode has more exciting action because the last one was pretty weak. I usually watch several times the newest episodes but with this one... ehhh, just once is enough. At this point I honestly don't give a damn about any other fighter on the tournament except Jiren so any battle where he is not involved, is gonna be nothing but filler content to me tbh.

Goku has learned the legendary technique that not even the gods have mastered:

Ultra Reverse Ki Expenditure

You regain ki by using it
Heh.

Agreed. It'd be a lot more interesting than the bit of rehash we're dealing with now.

I still can't believe last episode lasted one minute of tournament time. It's become way worse than the Namek 5 minutes.

It wouldn't be terrible if each episode wasn't feature Goku, but they nearly all do. It doesn't feel like things even happen simultaneously.

Time management is probably where the manga has the potential to shine, the show producers have written themselves in a corner with this time constraint.

Now that we've seen the episode preview, it's clear that this is what Cabba was referring to when he said that they're U6's best shot at winning. Straight up secret tech that, like most of us have predicted, will be allowed because the Zenos think it's cool.

She looks pretty damn cool from what we can see.

I think Goku will probably tell Kale & Cauli about it and then request that they use the potara of their Kai.

Spoilers that we know of
say that it is Champa that has them fuse. So either Champa's hand is forced due to the Namekians getting knocked out and/or Goku is continuing to beat both Caulifla and Kale and is panicking.

Because they've made the mistake of Goku being in different places every other minute or so with few exception.

So like...Are we not getting Vegeta vs Toppo as a showcase fight? Because that would have been a lot more interesting than this I think.

I hope vegeta knocks that goose out. I dislike vegeta at rhe best of times, but toppo is the most annoying character in dbs. And he looks goofy as hell.

Man, they did a good job with Toppo. Pretty unique/recognizable design, has a personality, and he has some natural matchups.

Toppo vs Gohan (Justice match)
Toppo vs Vegeta (Battle of No.2)
Toppo vs Frieza (Pure Good vs Pure Evil)

And we'll get to see none of this

You never know lol. after all this U6 saiyan stuff is done I could see an actually planned out Vegeta vs Toppo fight, and not some 10 second cuts of their punches connecting.

And I want to believe they have bigger plans for Toppo then just having Vegeta eliminate him. Hopefully he gets some focus, Dyspo and Jiren got way more screen time

The way there keeping goku in this fight is really dumb, his fighting to regain back his stamina what, jiren should of kicked him out way back.

Goku is nearly every episode .

When I used to play a lot of DDR, I'd start with MAX 300. I would have to put everything I had into it and it would wipe me out completely. I would wait a few minutes after that and then I would play again, starting with easier stuff and working my way back up. And I felt like I was improving and getting my groove back the longer I played that way.

So basically what I'm saying is that one of the writers probably saw me playing DDR at some point and used it as their inspiration.

So.... Goku is holding the bar?

I hope Toppo eliminates Vegeta to be honest.
