It's Impossible right now to inject new code to the game... don't expect it anytime soon. Better to ask them to bring dragons dogma online

Now I heard that there was original code for multiplayer on the disc that was scrapped in favor of the pawn system....

Yea, You can thank Imgur's red head Monday for that. My character is a ginger, so she got orangish red hair.

Fell to her death/into water somewhere, got petrified, or Death took her.
Note, even if you give Secret Softeners or Cockatrice Liquors to all of your pawns, if they are down (waiting to be revived) when they get hit by the petrification attack they will insta-die and be removed from your party. That's what happened to LiQuid's pawn in my game yesterday.
And yes all the stuff she's carrying went to storage so don't worry.
A few skills that have a dodge back and slash. No dedicated dodge for sword users, though. Sword and shield can just block, sword and bow(assassin) can parry.

So I kinda accidentally went into NG+. Will I be missing out on anything if I start BBI now? I know that equipment vendors have all their items reset to the lowest tiers, is that the only difference?

Nope, BBI will be the same. It's just annoying having to re-do the hydra quest to unlock Gran Soren (which isn't strictly necessary but having access to the Black Cat can be useful).

If you're using a ranged class, Demon Paripats and blast arrows are your friends.

No I get why she moved into my house. But she's also glowing pink and has rosy cheeks when she talks to me so I'm not sure how else I'm suppose to interpret that lol

I'm about to fight the dragon for the first time. I'm currently Mystic Knight vocation 5. Enemies bumped in toughness quite a bit from the overworked to the pre-dragon dungeon, would you recommend I jump back and change my vocation to something I have maxed? (Strider, Ranger, Mage).
Also, more importantly, what do I do once I beat the dragon? I missed quite a few quests on my first run going in blind, I don't want to miss out on end/post game.

If there is something like that, It still need a lot of different things to achieve it... UI changes, party system/search, network code...
I'm 99.99% sure it's not possible to mod it.

You can save scum. It's not set in stone, it's based off of your vocation (and your pawn's) when identifying. Did that all the time on the console version. That's also how you easily deck out your pawn.
edit: the pool you draw from might be generated at character creation, but if so, it's still a pool full of items across all vocations.
Also:
Doesn't really change much, but it's not character generation.

Except Cockatrices. I learned that to my great sorrow in
that Everfall chamber with 2 of them. Wasted a whole bunch of Plegic Arrow shots, wondering why it wouldn't work... look it up and they're immune.

My bad, double checked: it's not done at character creation, it's done when you loot the item. The roll is decided then for each color. No amount of reloading will change what you get from each pool. The only way to reroll the item is to gift the cursed version to another player.
Basically each cursed item has 3 set items associated to it.
1 for red vocation, 1 for yellow vocation, 1 for blue vocation.
You can save scum to find out what they are and then choose which one you want.

Mine has been a red head since x360, only changed it because the BBI stuff looks better on her with different hair, but she's downgraded atm so she's back to being a red head.

There might be some armour that reduces it but I'm not sure, the rest comes from augments.

I wanted my male pawn to have blonde hair to look a bit Nordic, but I don't really like the blonde hues available in the character creator, so I went with red instead. Guess he'll be a Celt warrior/mage instead.
Leveling up is so fast after clearing BBI for the first time it's insane! went from 80-88 in under an hour :O

so I'm noticing in all these screenshots, that no matter how good the ENBs may make the game look better, I see a ton of jaggies. Is that because ENB recommends turning off FXAA? how to fix the jaggies then?

Anyone have any idea as to why my game is a studdering mess? I can't play in full screen @ 1440p without the framerate dropping to ~4-7fps. Windowed I'll get a 144fps, but full screen I get 4.

I think I found out why all the pawns are pretty redheaded ladies. My pawn's been rented at least 3 times (and someone played quite a bit with it, since I got a nice haul of RC) yet everyone seems to rank him as a 3 star guy (looks, everything)

Alternatively you can spend 10,000RC for the Scroll of Metamorphoses at the encampment. Talk to the guy at the Riftstone.
