Can Gargoyles come back too?
For sure. There is tons of great source material to work off of.I hope they keep drinking heavily on Carl Barks and put some of work of Don Rosa too. The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck is something amazing to do a long animated movie.
Gritty reboot.
Also, kids, don't forget to buy Fantagraphics' Don Rosa library, first volumes http://www.fantagraphics.com/browse...don-rosa-library-vols-1-2-gift-box-set-5.html
In a world were Nostalgia and Super Heroes are big business and Disney owns Marvel, not rebooting Darkwing Duck is outright criminal!I hope it works, then maybe we will get the reboot we are all looking forward to.
[Darkwing Duck]
One step closer to a Darkwing Duck reboot.
I loved this show growing up, but I wonder what time they are going to show it.
There were not many options for kids back then and pretty much everyone was watching this shit when they got home from school (similarly everyone watched Saved by the Bell on Saturday Morning).
as long as disney goes with traditional 2D animation we should be fine.
The inclusion of Donald makes me curious. Everyone knew the family connections, but we never really saw them together. Outside of the comics, of course, which I still need to get (so expensive)
There were episodes, where Donald was involved in some story. They mainly centered about the Aircraft Carrier, he was deployed to, or if the military was involved. The inclusion of Donald makes me curious. Yes, plis. Can Gargoyles come back too?
Here in Duckburg
Does anyone else still have the movie? I have it on VHS, never saw it on DVD though.
I hope it's live action.
I didn't say they weren't great. I just said Ducktales / Darkwing Duck > Rescue Rangers > Talespin.
Eh, no. Talespin was great. The worldbuilding they did with Cape Suzette and fitting it in that old timey 1940s adventure aesthetic was fantastic.

I wonder if they're gonna use the same actors. The dude who did Scrooge McDuck is old as shit, but he did come back for the game...
Blabberinblatherskite!
They should make a 12 episodes, high-budget series with TLaT of Scrooge McDuck. A feature film wouldn't be enough.
Hopefully donald becomes a regular, it always seemed like an asshole move thst he wasn't around his family that much.
As I recall, the reason why Donald left Huey, Dewey, and Louie with Scrooge in Ducktales is because he joined the Navy and was on tour.
