I agree with you. I'm perfectly fine with playing a game where the performance is not the best. But if there are options where I can get a much better experience because the technical performance is better, I'll go for the better performing version. It is why I waited a month for play Dark Souls II on PC. I was going to buy Bayonetta 1 for PS3 but now that I know the first game is coming to WiiU and it's running at 60fps I am definitely waiting.

Of course that is exactly what i was aiming for. I would advise playing it on xbox or wii u instead of ps3. But if ps3 is your only option i would still say to play the game because it is an amazing game. It does not make it bad but hampered and watered down experience but some people only consider it good or bad there is no middle ground and that is what irks me.
