You know, I was thinking yesterday: if they wanted to do a neat little reveal that would be in line with what they've been doing here, they could totally do a casual drop of a new Mega evolution during a Pokemon demo. Not saying it will happen, but I could see it and would definitely appreciate it.

I know I'm setting up for disappointment, but I'm still hoping for a Majora's Mask 3D reveal. I just don't get why they'd constantly be hinting at MM3D otherwise.

Well I think that three Zelda games is a bit overkill at E3, even though they don't have a problem with doing that with Mario and we already have remakes of Ruby/Sapphire this year. I'm pretty sure they're working on it anyway. It's a question of when.

Well, it's an almost 8 hours stream... Hopefully, they will... I mean other than STEAM, Pokemon and Zelda, is there anything they didn't show? I hope they won't reshow again stuff like Splatoon...

Same way that I feel about Pokkén. It may not be showcased this time around, but it definitely exists.

Plus, I don't think they wanted anything else that could possibly take away Smash's shine. It'd be just like having 3 Zelda games shown off at the same time.

The thing is with Nintendo, not showing something at E3 doesn't mean the game doesn't exist. There's plenty of other times / places to reveal stuff, like the Directs every two months, etc.

What can a playable demo for a Pokemon remake running on the X/Y engine really show off this far from release? We already know how it will play and the brand new content, aside from mega evos, will be kept from us until closer to release.

It's understandable why the dev team wouldn't want to waste their time making an E3 demo for this game.
