My 2 cents: Keep the two channel split. Probably a large amount of the EZA audience is only interested in just the shows and the archive Twitch streams can kind of drown out the other content at the rate they are coming out.
Unless you're deep into this thread, it's very possible you don't know all Twitch archives are going up on a different youtube channel now. Maybe put a 20 second video up on the main EZA channel announcing the 2nd channel.
Also, I'd consider having links to each youtube channel/Patreon/twitter/merch/Twitch on basically every video/everything you do. Links to Twitch and youtube channels on Twitter also a solid idea.
While in the mode of giving unsolicited business advice to people who are running a very successful Patreon that I'm delighted to support, I really hope you get Bosman's "show" on the main EZA channel. I totally understand why he's weirded out by the pressures of being associated with the Patreon, but just don't have his content associated with the Patreon! Just put up a post highlighting the caveats that his content might appear or end at anytime. We get it and understand it.
It's just kind of awkward and decidedly "un-jolly" seeing his video go up on a different channel.
