Edge Magazine Review Scores: Issue #411 — Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Fatal Fury: City of Wolves & More

I told you to get a map. Spelled out for you: France is next to Belgium, Britain is not far off, they"re even connected directly by train...the others are Japanese. Is that "all over the world"? Get a map, Columbus.
Damn, it really is a small world.

So 3 Japanese games, a French game and a British game.

So we care about review scores and game journalism now!?
I bought it after users from here said how good it was. When I first seen it (I think at the Xbox event?), thought it looked a bit meh and blurry, but so glad I was wrong. It is blurry on the overworld but that's caused by a setting, lower it and the blur goes away.

Damn I guess I really need to play this game huh?
Its been my favorite game in years.

When I was playing FF6 as a kid, Expedition 33 is the game I thought I was playing. (Serious, dark, well written).

Its the gaming future I thought we were going to get.

Clair Obscur Expedition 33 is a huge success, a good reminded of what a western developer can do if they form a team for game design, passion and talent, instead of what we usually see.
This is a giant fuck you to developers like Obsidian and Bioware and Ubisoft and im happy to see this game succeed.

Also the game is amazing, just started it today after i finally bought it, game really is great, amazing OST, pretty visuals, engaging story hooks, great gameplay and all around a great work of art. EU RPG are on fire lately and this game and its development is an eye opener and should be for all publishers and all people who have money to fund games, so that they can learn how its done and what should be the main thing behind funding a passionate project, well i won't doubt the stupid though, plenty of people will cover their ears and their eyes and start pretending its something else.

it's so this. It's a reminder just how awesome and captivating games can be when made with passion and vision rather that just trying to chase the latest cash grab.
