IIRC, don't some States have restrictions on pre-nups that take this kind of thing into consideration? Meaning, if the pre-nup was so egregious as to be an unconscionable contract, or an illusory contract, it could be voidable? I know in NY the prenup law is very liberal, meaning; anything short of contractual prostitution is valid, but im' not sure how different some place like Florida might be.
Im' not sure, but in any event, the amount of money here clearly shows a calculation on Tiger's part that HIS future earning potential justifies ensuring that Elin never says a goddamn word.... especially about that underage drifter she saw Tiger strangle a few years ago....
