I think I've mentioned now about 3-4 times that Tiger Woods is an idiot/jackass. I'm not victim blaming Elin, I just don't have much sympathy for her. I just don't agree with the archaic "lets give the wife everything she would have gotten if the couple stayed together for 40yrs" thing going on in our court system. Even if that turns out to be true, there is nothing stopping a judge from interceding. Everyone on here would have been crying for that to happen if Tiger had signed an "unfair" contract with Elin.

I think many are underestimating the power of her actual saying something about this would hold. There may not be anything new at all, but she's never given an interview about this. She cries on camera with Oprah or Walters and his image is severely injured further. If what is said about this agreement is true, and she never speaks of this, that's pretty huge for Tiger, not sure what it's actually worth, but it's huge.

That's a lot harder to get when you have an expert set of legal and financial advisers who can go over the contract in detail. That's a lot more effective when you could not reasonably foresee the parts that you claim to be unfair.
